Band Pre-Event Checklist (Important guide for clients)
We’re really looking forward to performing at your event! To help everything run smoothly on the day, please take a moment to check the following:
Stage/ Performance Space
☐ Suitable performance area provided (A stage isn’t essential, but it really helps with visibility)
Suggested stage size/ Performance Area:
Duo or 4-piece (no drums): 4m x 2m
5-piece (with drums): 6m x 4.5m
☐ 2 separate plug sockets within 5 metres of the performance area (Must meet UK/British Standards)
Dressing Room / Green Room
☐ Private dressing room with mirror
☐ Not a toilet or publicly accessible space
☐ Available for the full duration of our stay
Food & Drinks
☐ Hot meal for each band member (around 1 hour before performance)
☐ OR £15 per person (cash on night) meal buyout if catering isn’t available
☐ Soft drinks, tea, or coffee on arrival (always appreciated!)
Guest Conduct & Safety
☐ Suitable supervision or security in place throughout
☐ Please ensure no guests enter the performance area during setup or while we’re playing
☐ For the full duration of the event, we kindly ask that guests are kept off the stage/performance area
☐ Please ensure no drinks are placed on the speakers/ near equipment
Why we ask this: Our equipment is sensitive and expensive— stepping onto the stage can accidentally spill drinks, unplug cables, or damage gear, even without meaning to.
A quick but important note: We completely understand that events can get lively - that’s what we want! We just ask that any overly intoxicated, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour is managed by the client or venue team so everyone can enjoy the night safely.
If at any point safety becomes a concern for the band, guests, or equipment, we may need to pause or stop the performance—full payment would still apply in these circumstances.
If a DJ is booked:
☐ Please ensure they allow enough space for the band to set up
Outdoor Events (if applicable)
☐ Waterproof performance area (including protection from angled rain)
☐ Hard flooring or matting (we’re unable to perform directly on grass)
Final Notes
If power supply, safety, or weather protection isn’t adequate, we may be unable to perform.
These points are simply to help ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable event for everyone
If you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out- we’re looking forward to performing for you!
